How Our Brewery Clients Are Adding $2,000 a Month in Membership Revenue.

We build memberships for breweries and distilleries. On September 30 we’re opening up two of our clients’ programs on a live call: what’s in the offer, what they charge, how their bartenders sell it, and exactly what it pays them every month. We help you build and launch the membership. We give you the tools to run it.

The problem

A packed Saturday doesn’t pay for a dead Tuesday in February.

Hundreds of customers came through your doors last month. You know the busy nights and you know the slow ones. You still can’t tell anyone what next month looks like.

So the good months carry the slow ones. Then January starts at zero. Again.

Your customers already like you. That has just never shown up on the books.

A membership is where it finally does. More reasons to visit. More predictable revenue. A number you know on the first of the month instead of the last.

What we’ll cover

Leave knowing exactly what your membership would look like, and how it gets built.

  1. What 40 members does to your month

$25 a month, 40 members, $1,000 in the door before anyone orders a pint. Then the second visit each month, which is worth more than the dues.

  2. What goes in the offer

Monthly beer. Mug club upgrade. Member pricing. Birthday pour. First crack at releases. What earns the charge, and what just gives away margin.

  3. Free tier, paid tier, or both

Free members build the list. Paid members build the revenue. Where to draw the line, and how to move people across it.

  4. Why customers say yes

Your regulars are the easy yes. The real win is the customer who comes twice a month and starts coming four times. What gets that person to hand over a card, and which offers people politely ignore.

  5. How to find your first members

Start with the customers you already have. We’ll show you ways breweries can introduce the membership in the taproom and use their existing customer channels to build awareness and membership.

  6. How to manage and stay connected with your members

See how Perks Professor gives you the tools to manage your program and communicate with members and customers through email, text and push messaging.

  7. Live Q&A

Bring your membership ideas, questions or goals. We’ll work through real examples on the call.

What we provide

We help you build and launch it. You run it with our tools.

We work with you to understand what you want the membership to accomplish. From there we help develop the structure and the benefits, build the program, create the initial marketing materials and help prepare your team for launch.

Then you run it, using the tools we provide for billing, member management, redemptions, reporting and customer communication.

Who should be on this call

For owners with plenty of customers and no recurring revenue.

✓ This is for you if…

  • You run a brewery, brewpub, distillery, winery, taproom, bottle shop or liquor store
  • You have hundreds of customers and no idea what any of them are worth per month
  • Your revenue swings with the weather, the season or the event calendar
  • You’ve talked about a mug club for a year and never launched it
  • You want predictable monthly revenue without opening a second location

× Maybe not for you if…

  • You want a punch card app
  • You want to rip out your POS. This works alongside what you already run
  • You don’t want it mentioned at the bar. We help you build and launch it, but your taproom still has to talk about it

Before you register

Quick answers.

Is this a sales pitch?
No. It’s a training on how memberships get built, priced and launched in this industry, using programs we run today. If you want us to build yours afterward, we’ll make that easy. Nobody gets sold on the call.
What if I can’t make it live?
Register anyway. The recording goes to registrants only. The live Q&A is the best part though, because that’s where we run real numbers from real taprooms.
Do I have to change my POS?
Nope. It works alongside the POS you already have. Nothing to rip out, nothing to retrain, and no new terminal on the bar.
I’m not a brewery. Does this still apply?
If you have repeat customers and a reason for them to come back on a schedule, the structure is the same. The examples will be beer and spirits. The playbook travels.
How long is it?
About 45 minutes plus live Q&A. Wednesday, September 30 at 1:00 PM Eastern (12:00 PM Central).

Wednesday, Sept 30 · 1:00 PM ET
